Welcome to Your Man Solutions. By using our website or submitting a job request, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before engaging with our platform.

Your Man Solutions provides a service that connects customers with vetted, insured independent contractors for household maintenance and exterior services. We act as an intermediary by receiving job requests, gathering quotes, organising communication, and processing payments. Contractors operate entirely as independent businesses, and we are not their employer. They are responsible for their own work, conduct, insurance, and taxes.

Customers can submit job requests through our website or by contacting us directly. Contractors may prepare quotes using the information provided or may request a site visit before issuing a quote. Quotes are sent through Your Man Solutions and forwarded to customers for approval. A job is only confirmed once the customer accepts a quote and the contractor agrees to the work.

Customers pay Your Man Solutions directly for all completed work. Once a job is confirmed as finished, contractors invoice us for the agreed amount. All pricing and scope of work must be agreed before a contractor begins the job unless unforeseen issues require additional work, in which case the customer will be informed before proceeding.

Customers may cancel a job before the contractor has begun travelling to the property. If a contractor has already arrived or started work, a call-out fee may apply. Contractors must notify us immediately if they are unable to attend or must reschedule a job.

Your Man Solutions ensures that contractors we work with carry valid insurance, but we are not responsible for delays, damages, or issues caused directly by contractors. However, we will always assist in resolving concerns professionally and fairly. Customers must ensure safe access to the property and disclose any hazards or restrictions that may affect work.

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt to interfere with its security, or copy content without permission. We may update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the website indicates acceptance of the latest version.
