CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT
Contractors who work with Your Man Solutions operate as independent businesses and not as employees. By joining our contractor network, you agree to the following terms.
You must maintain valid public liability insurance and provide proof of insurance when requested. You are responsible for the quality, safety, and completion of your work. You agree to communicate professionally, arrive on time, and carry out the job as agreed in your quote.
When a job request is sent to you, you may provide a quote directly based on the details or request a site visit first. Once your quote is accepted, you are expected to complete the job promptly and to a high standard. If you are unable to attend or need to reschedule, you must notify Your Man Solutions immediately.
After completing the job, you may invoice Your Man Solutions for the amount agreed in your quote. Payments will be made promptly as per the invoicing schedule communicated during onboarding.
You agree not to contact customers privately for the purpose of bypassing the platform or directing work away from Your Man Solutions. Doing so may result in removal from our network.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Customers may cancel a job before a contractor begins travelling to the property. If cancellation occurs after the contractor has arrived or begun work, a call-out fee may apply. This fee reflects the contractor’s time and travel costs.
If a customer is dissatisfied with completed work, they should contact Your Man Solutions within a reasonable timeframe. We will review the issue, communicate with the contractor, and seek a fair resolution, which may include adjustments, corrections, or partial refunds depending on the circumstances.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis, ensuring fairness to both the customer and the contractor. Refunds cannot be issued for work that was completed to the agreed standard or where issues arise from circumstances outside the contractor’s control.
If a contractor needs to cancel or reschedule, we will notify the customer immediately and arrange an alternative contractor where possible.
